Any contact with water should be avoided. It is recommended that you take off your jewelry at night and store it in a safe place.

SHIPPING
Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to process. Packages will be sent via USPS.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN?
We do our best to ensure items are carefully packed and shipped. In the unlikely event the product arrives damaged or your package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at hi@kristinereano.com.

Because all pieces are handmade, we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final.
